People often ask me how it has been working for the same company for 40 years? Have you never wanted out? Yes one time I was tempted but I have always enjoyed the company spirit the network and the high professionalism coupled with the very diverse specturm of asignments.

I have worked in many different countries, coming to understand different cultures and experienced that there are many different ways of thinking. It has given me a broad perspective on life and on the way we do business.

I work mainly within the areas of Procurement strategy, cost reduction, team and stakeholder management.

Three things that get me up in the morning are change, globalisation and relationships. Change creates growth, relations create opportunities and globalisation creates the possibility of implementing ideas where the return of investment drives a sustainable future.

In a fast changing world our role is to translate dramatic fluctuations into a language that everyone understands and is able to speak supported by concrete tools enabling our people to set a new agenda with suppliers and stakeholders.

I am inspired by both my personal relations and my business relations. I learn from the best practice of others and work to transform them into ideas that are valuable in my own world.
